Support Policy

After purchase of a module/extension, you will be able to download future version updates of modules/extensions for one (1) year without any additional fee.

Free support will be provided to the buyer, by the seller, until the end of the one year period after purchase date.

Free support by the seller extends to minor alterations to the module/extension where issues are encountered due to non-default opencart elements (such as other extensions and themes).

For customization of the module/extension to integrate with previously installed 3rd party (non-opencart) extensions, the buyer may be required to pay  an additional fee - the requirement for payment of an additional support fee is at the sole discretion of the seller.

Bugs/errors that are found in an extension are always fixed without charge and should be reported via the support form.

Please note: The seller may require FTP and/or admin access in order to faciliate support request.  Should FTP access be required, it is recommended that you create a specific FTP account for the seller which can disabled/deleted once support work has be completed.
